Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret clearance is necessary
- Ability to maintain security clearance and customer acceptance
- Must possess or obtain a valid IAT Level II or III DoD Approved 8140 certification like Security+ within 6 months of starting
- Experience with workstation administration of Windows, Active Directory, and/or Linux
- Proven track record of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in developing strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects while balancing technical demands and business considerations
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Willingness to accommodate occasional off-hours and travel
Responsibilities
- Administer workstations on diverse networks including Windows Server domains and Linux systems
- Manage operating system cyber compliance, updates, and patches for Windows/Linux
- Provide guidance for hardware management, troubleshooting, and maintenance across various architectures
- Ensure application integrity and availability, managing new installations and customer support in classified settings
- Implement backup/recovery protocols and maintain resource accounting and auditing practices
- Troubleshoot and maintain various IT hardware including PCs, printers, and laptops
- Apply security frameworks to hardware, software, data, and procedures
