Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or equivalent professional experience related to HWIL
- Experience in gathering customer requirements and creating design specifications
- Background in designing or integrating hardware and software, or familiarity with HWIL
- Current security clearance is essential to commence employment
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of real-time, closed-loop HWIL capabilities
- Supporting program meetings by providing project updates and engaging with a cross-disciplinary team
- Designing, developing, and testing software, firmware, and hardware for air vehicles, including the integration of simulation equipment within the HWIL facility
- Debugging software and hardware issues, including connectors, timing, and design flaws as part of the integration team
- Integrating, testing, validating, and verifying the complete system and its subsystems
- Utilizing lab equipment to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues related to HWIL integration and testing
- Interpreting customer requirements and collaborating with the team to develop software solutions and product backlogs while providing technical feedback
