Requirements

Must:
- Prior education or professional experience in Electrical Engineering, RF, Computer Engineering, or related electrical disciplines. - Proficient in all aspects of the systems engineering lifecycle. - Proven expertise in requirements and/or verification, including writing and managing requirements. - Experience leading teams on projects, with the capability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers. - Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. - 5+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering (desired). - Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, lead reviews, and negotiate requirements (desired). - Experience with integrating across various functional organizations (desired). - Proficiency in MS Office software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Project (desired). - Familiarity with DOORS, DOORS Next, or other requirements management tools (desired). - Experience working with the FBM program, the Navy, or exposure to submarines (desired). - Knowledge of systems engineering for electronic systems (desired). - Self-motivated and able to work independently without extensive oversight (desired).
