Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with a focus on computer science courses.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 4 years with a masters degree.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level Clearance.
- Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows development environments.
- Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Virtual Machines.
- Understanding of Cloud Platform providers, such as Amazon Web Services or Azure.
- Experience with Containerization and Orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Experience with Automation Frameworks such as Robot, Junit, or Sikuli.
- Strong skills in Java and/or C++ programming.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies effectively and apply them in a timely manner.
- Prior or current DoD Security Clearance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and integrate software products that meet our readiness solutions for Naval Combat and Missile Defense Programs.
- Work within an Agile environment to convert high-level system requirements into validated, deployable software.
- Execute systems and software engineering processes from initial requirements through to software design, implementation, integration, and verification.
- Utilize modern development tools to make software changes.
- Integrate software applications within larger system environments.
- Conduct regression testing within a broader system framework.
