Senior DMS Engineer

- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. - Experience in managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment. - Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities. - Background in the Aerospace Industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Experience in managing parallel tasks efficiently. - Experience in leading, coordinating, and collaborating across disciplines to achieve common objectives. - Experience in writing, interpreting, and reviewing proposals, SSOWs, and BOEs. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to brief upper management, customers, and stakeholders. - Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles and the complete lifecycle, including architecture, requirements, design, analysis, integration, verification, production, and sustainment. - Experience or knowledge in Electrical Engineering or Components Engineering with a focus on Mission Systems Integration. - Experience in engaging with Suppliers and the Supply Chain. - Understanding of the F-16 air system, its design, and processes. - Knowledge of F-16 development and sustainment operations. - Experience in leading or supporting Software Development Projects. - Familiarity with relational databases, such as MS Access and/or Oracle. - Willingness to acquire knowledge and take on Cost Account Manager responsibilities if needed.
