Requirements
Must:
- B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent engineering degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years with a Masters Degree in related fields.
- Proficiency with computer operating systems and programming languages.
- Proven ability to collaborate within a team across areas such as requirements development, secure system design, secure product design, integration, and testing.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience with C++, embedded systems, and Linux is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Government agency operations and reverse engineering is a plus.
- Understanding FPGA technologies, digital circuit/logic design, and processor design and architecture is desired.
- Involvement in Systems Security initiatives including secure hardware design, Anti-Tamper solutions, or Cybersecurity design is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement anti-tamper hardware architectures to protect critical military systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing to verify system design requirements and capabilities.
- Assess component and system-level vulnerability related to reverse engineering threats and formulate effective countermeasures.
- Undertake vulnerability assessments and propose design enhancements to improve security posture.
- Lead technical presentations and briefings for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Collaborate with embedded microprocessor design teams to integrate security features early in the development process.
- Document design decisions, test findings, and security analyses in clear and precise reports.
