Senior Cyber Systems Engineer

- Innovate RF signal processing applications - Facilitate integration of new and existing software across various hardware formats - Implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions comprehensively - Establish processes for managing requirement changes with stakeholder involvement - Develop operational scenarios and concepts for system-user-environment interaction - Implement technical standards and system views using DoDAF standards - Conduct quantitative analysis in non-functional performance metrics such as reliability and survivability - Assess program risks, determining their probability and impact as per the risk management plan - Plan verification efforts for new designs to ensure compliance with established requirements - Document all interface designs in a standardized format and maintain them in a shared repository - Direct technical development, integration, and testing of system components - Coordinate system integration activities across multiple teams to ensure comprehensive interface coverage - Prepare timeline analysis diagrams for time-dependent functions - Review and approve system engineering documentation for accuracy and completeness - Support the planning and testing of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process
