Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent experience/education
- Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in the domain
- Must have expertise and authority in the field
- Proven coding capabilities in C/C++ and Python
- Familiarity with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) such as REDHAWK/RFNext or GNU Radio
- Strong foundation in RF signals analysis and SIGINT Development (SIGDEV)
- Experience with development tools like MATLAB or X-Midas for signal processing
- Proficient in designing and implementing systems within a Unix/Linux environment
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration
- Understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) concepts, specifically in satellite communications
- Familiarity with geolocation technologies related to signal processing applications
- Experience with C++/Python signal processing tools and libraries
- Knowledge of GPU/CUDA development for optimizing performance in signal processing tasks
- Experience with message queue implementations and communication protocols for data efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Provide SIGINT Development analytic support to enhance assigned customer accesses and optimize signal processing
- Analyze output from signals of interest to inform the creation of follow-on processing strategies
- Design and implement software modules using MATLAB or similar tools to accurately process signals of interest
- Innovate processing techniques utilizing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) systems beyond their original purpose
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers and analysts, to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of software modules
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, algorithms, and software implementations for project continuity and knowledge transfer
