Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in full-stack software development
- Advanced proficiency in Python, capable of mentoring others
- Familiarity with LLMs and/or Generative AI, understanding of their applications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with graph database concepts, particularly Neo4j or similar
- Experience with API design and documentation (REST/OpenAPI, JSON/JSON-Schema)
- Background in stakeholder engagement, representing the organization in technical situations
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a team of AI, software engineering, and systems development experts to enhance skills through practical experience
- Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions aligned with the organizations objectives
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives that reinforce data-driven decision making
- Leverage mentorship from experienced professionals to advance knowledge and capabilities
- Support exploration of experimental technologies within the AI acceleration strategy portfolio
