Senior AI Research Software Engineer (Secret)

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Java, Go, Rust, or Python - Familiarity with messaging protocols like Kafka, ActiveMQ, ZeroMQ, Data Distribution Service, or Zenoh - Experience with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, or GitLab - Security Clearance: Secret - Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) - Knowledge of communication protocols such as REST or gRPC (preferred) - Experience with Test-Driven Development on unit and system levels (preferred) - Familiarity with software orchestration tools and GitOps workflows (preferred) - Experience in developing microservices and architectures (preferred) - Background in defense mission systems software development (preferred) - Knowledge of real-time embedded software engineering (preferred) - Experience with hardware-accelerated computing (preferred) - Familiarity with model deployment software libraries (preferred) - Experience deploying AI systems in various environments (preferred) - Background in high-performance computing (preferred) - Experience interfacing with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferred) - Leadership experience with teams or junior engineers (preferred) - Knowledge of transitioning prototypes to production (preferred) - Clearance Level: Top Secret // SCI (preferred)
