Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in Radar Systems Development, data analysis, requirement verification, or implementing new functionalities.
- Proven experience in system analysis, architecture, requirements development, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and testing.
- High proficiency in C++, Matlab, and Python.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architecture, design, CONOPS, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.
- Utilize advanced technologies and scientific principles to develop innovative system solutions.
- Participate in design, development, evaluation, and technical assessment of radar performance.
- Represent the organization on contracts and liaise with internal and external clients, program leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical issues.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting.
- Be prepared for occasional domestic and international travel as required for support on-site installs, checkouts, and integration testing.
