Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain DoD SECRET Security Clearance
- Experience with High Power Multipaction and PIM Testing
- Familiarity with system integration, mechanical/electronic troubleshooting, and use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for testing and integration
- Knowledge of current Test and Measurement Equipment (T&ME) and techniques
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team setting, with potential for alternate shifts and travel
- Current LM Certified Test Conductor (CTC) certification or equivalent
- Practical experience with Automation Framework
Responsibilities
- Interpret specifications and requirements to draft test protocols for functional and environmental testing of Engineering, Flight, and Qualification Hardware
- Acquire Certified Test Conductor (CTC) training to certify as the Person In Charge (PIC) for functional and environmental tests
- Assist with Subsystem Level testing through environmental assessments, primarily in thermal and thermal vacuum settings
- Develop, implement, and manage testing apparatus and test software
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate testing data, identifying and confirming discrepancies or successful results
