Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Keysight PNA-X, FieldFox, Spec-A, RF signal generators, spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and BER testers
- Experience in developing preventive-maintenance schedules and conducting equipment inspections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting
- Proven ability in troubleshooting complex RF hardware and implementing corrective actions
- Leadership qualities to guide inspection teams and supervise maintenance activities
- Ability to carry equipment, climb antennas, and rack hardware
- Knowledgeable in RF design and testing, particularly for SATCOM systems
- Willingness to travel up to 15% globally
Responsibilities
- Design, install, and test RF / SATCOM hardware across multiple frequency bands
- Conduct site surveys and align hardware for satellite communication links
- Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions in RF systems
- Utilize various measurement tools to analyze system performance
- Create technical drawings and design packages using AutoCAD/Visio
- Prepare engineering documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Travel globally as required for installations and testing
