Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in antennas or electronically steerable antennas (ESA)
- Capable of developing and assessing technical specifications, conducting trade studies, and allocating functions to RF payloads, subsystems, and/or components
- Experienced in analyzing and validating technical specifications/functions for engineering systems
- Skilled in reviewing supplier/factory data to ensure compliance with RF engineering requirements
- Knowledgeable in RF communications systems link budget analysis
- Current Top Secret clearance; ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance; shipping is required
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire lifecycle of antenna-element hardware from concept and design to modeling/analysis, system integration, test-plan development, and component qualification
- Design and analyze antenna elements and active electronically-steerable arrays (AESAs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance RF systems
- Contribute to the development of project objectives and technical solutions
