Requirements
Must:
- Technical degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Final Secret Clearance investigation completed within the last 5 years
- Proven experience in the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, Design, Lifecycle Management, and Configuration Management
- Strong communication and expectation management skills with executives, colleagues, and team members
- Leadership experience in people or project management
- Expertise in technical planning and Systems Engineering integration
- Ability to develop and conduct trade studies
Responsibilities
- Lead Systems Engineering integration activities across Business Areas to enhance commonality among various platforms
- Execute Systems Engineering scope for the Common Mission Processing (cMP) program
- Perform trade studies to identify system integration efforts, including 1LMX initiatives for cost efficiency and platform standardization
- Engage in the maturation and decomposition of System Requirements Documents
