Requirements
Must:
- Experience managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including tenancy and compartment oversight.
- Expertise in deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters using Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
- Proficiency in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or OCI Resource Manager.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) policies and security standards.
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions for cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with designing cloud networking architectures and Quality of Service (QoS) policies is a plus.
- Capability to implement backup and disaster recovery measures.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
- Familiarity with OCI block and object storage services.
- Experience in developing operational documentation and guiding teams through cloud migration processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and oversee Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, managing tenancy structures, compartments, and governance protocols.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes environments utilizing Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) for containerized applications.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies using Terraform and OCI Resource Manager to streamline cloud provisioning.
- Establish and uphold identity, access, and security standards across the OCI framework.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and operational observability for cloud services and workloads.
- Lead the foundational build-out of the OCI platform and contribute to continuous cloud operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate the migration of workloads from AWS to OCI, offering support through documentation and hands-on assistance.
