Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret Security Clearance or higher with investigation completed within the last 6 years
- Completed DoD IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
- Experience in IT across system, database, network, or mission planning administration roles
- Willingness to potentially work in deployed CONUS or OCONUS locations, rotating shifts, and exceed 40 hours per week including weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Engage daily with users and leadership involved in ALIS/LM processes
- Conduct maintenance and monitoring of system/database/software/firewall/accounts
- Ensure optimal and secure operations of multi-user computer systems through teamwork with peers, Tier 2 support, and engineers
- Perform laptop re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account management
- Regularly assess systems and applications for uptime and performance
- Train ALIS Administrators, Mission Planning Environment Administrators, and users on the ALIS system
- Fulfill COMSEC CRO responsibilities and provide training to others in COMSEC
- Assist pilots with Mission Planning/Debriefing and identify as well as address system issues
