Requirements
Must:
- Must possess a Secret security clearance or higher with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
- Hold a DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
- Experience in IT across system, database, network, or mission planning administration
- Capability to work in an active fighter unit, possibly requiring deployment to CONUS or OCONUS locations
- Willingness to support rotating shifts and work beyond 40 hours per week, including weekends when mission demands dictate
Responsibilities
- Engage daily with users and leadership within ALIS/LM
- Manage system, database, software, firewall, and account maintenance and monitoring
- Ensure seamless and secure operation of multi-user computer systems through collaboration with peers, Tier 2 support, and engineers
- Conduct laptop re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account maintenance
- Regularly monitor systems/applications for performance and availability
- Provide training to ALIS Administrators or Mission Planning Environment Administrators and users when required
- Perform COMSEC CRO duties, ensuring compliance and training others in COMSEC practices
- Support pilots during Mission Planning and Debriefing, identifying and addressing system deficiencies
