Requirements
Must:
- Must possess a Secret security clearance or higher, with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
- Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
- Relevant IT experience in system, database, network, or mission planning administration
- Ability to work operational support at active fighter units, including potential CONUS and OCONUS deployments
- Willingness to support rotating shifts and work over 40 hours per week, including weekends if needed
- Compliance with the REAL ID Act for state-issued identification
- Valid Passport for EXPATS
Responsibilities
- Engaging regularly with users and ALIS/LM leadership
- Administering system, database, software, firewall, and account oversight
- Ensuring the secure and seamless operation of multi-user computer systems in collaboration with peers and engineers
- Facilitating laptop re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account administration
- Conducting ongoing system and application performance monitoring
- Providing training to ALIS and Mission Planning Environment Administrators and users as required
- Executing COMSEC CRO duties and instructing others on COMSEC protocols
- Assisting pilots during Mission Planning and Debriefing, identifying and addressing system deficiencies
