Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Mission Systems Design and Development (e.g., Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), Comm/Nav/Ident (CNI)).
- Proficiency in Requirements Derivation and System Modeling.
- Leadership experience in project or team settings.
- Strong skills in Cross-Functional Leadership.
- Demonstrated work ethic and self-motivation.
- Effective program management planning capabilities, including task structuring and estimating.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach or present technical information effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the system test strategy and execution for the Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT).
- Lead the system integration and testing team for CRT.
- Define capability test points and develop comprehensive test plans and procedures.
- Report test metrics to leadership and senior management.
- Manage the export of test documentation associated with CRT and its exportability.
- Focus on key responsibility areas: CRT System Testing, Test Metrics, Cross-Functional Leadership, Integration & Test, Export Control, and Software Development.
