Mid-level systems engineer

- Experience with nuclear weapons programs - Familiarity with Critical Nuclear Weapon Design Information (CNWDI) - Understanding of security classification standards and their applications - Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance - Experience working collaboratively with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA)/Department of Energy (DOE) on USAF Nuclear Weapons Programs - Experience in requirements assessment and/or management, including functional analysis, validation, allocation, and/or verification - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork and build relationships - Proficiency in Systems Engineering tools such as SysML/Cameo Magic Draw, DOORS, or Architecture Frameworks like DoDAF - Capability to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment - Basic understanding of systems thinking methodologies - Active Top Secret Clearance
