Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship with eligibility and readiness to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Background in electrical/electro-mechanical engineering or missile/aerospace-related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient interpersonal skills and experience in presenting to peers, leadership, and clients
- Experience in technical support for Failure Review Boards, along with Root Cause and Corrective Action training
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Power Conversion Unit
- Assist Electrical Components product engineers in the technical progression of Suppliers and Lockheed Martins product designs and manufacturing baselines
- Support Make/Buy decisions for products without a defined design agent or manufacturing supplier
- Prepare briefing materials for internal and external reviews
- Assist in developing and maintaining design, analysis, and verification artifacts
- Coordinate and review subcontract or contract data requirement submissions
- Engage in peer reviews, Engineering Review Boards, and pre-shipment product reviews
- Participate in Failure Review Board investigations and support Material Review Boards for nonconforming materials
- Foster positive relationships with Suppliers and Test facilities through proactive engagement
