Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience testing developmental hardware at the system, subsystem, or component level
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and conducting flight tests for missile programs
- Proven capability in leading team members, establishing priorities, and directing daily activities
- Experience working with integrated product teams (IPTs) across various locations or organizations
- (Desired) Background in supporting missile or space vehicle development initiatives
- (Desired) Excellent communication skills suitable for briefing senior program leadership and stakeholders
- (Desired) Extensive exposure to systems integration and testing, flight testing, operations, or systems engineering
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and oversee flight tests for developmental systems
- Create detailed test plans, procedures, and timelines
- Integrate both in-house and commercial components into complete systems or subsystems
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple programs and external entities
- Analyze test outcomes, prepare comprehensive reports, and validate system performance
- Draft discrepancy reports and conduct regression testing for identified issues
- Ensure all testing protocols align with technical, scheduling, and budgetary constraints
