Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Programming and Scripting languages, such as C++, Java, Python, Go, Bash
- Experience with Pipeline Automation tools like ArgoCD, Tekton, GitLab CI/CD, Github Actions, Jenkins
- Understanding of DevSecOps and Cloud Native software development methodologies
- Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, Torch, and Sci-kit
- Experience with Containers, specifically Open Container Initiative (OCI) and Docker
- Knowledge of Collaboration Tools, such as Slack/Teams, Confluence, GitLab
- Expertise in Kubernetes Package Management tools, including Helm and Kustomize
- Awareness of Machine Learning Architectures, such as GPU Computing and High-Performance Computing (HPC)
- Knowledge of ML/AI orchestration tools, such as Kubeflow, Flyte, MLflow
- Understanding of Monitoring and Performance tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Sysdig
- Familiarity with public cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work alongside cross-functional teams
- Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and improvement
- Self-driven and able to excel in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
- Empathy towards teammates and a commitment to enhancing their work processes
- Passion for creating tools and solutions that provide value
Responsibilities
- Design and expand Kubernetes-based MLOps platforms and environments to support extensive engineering teams across Lockheed Martin and our customers
- Integrate machine learning libraries and operational frameworks into a comprehensive end-to-end system
- Engage in full-stack development and maintenance of software focused on MLOps, incorporating RESTful web services
- Collaborate with AI/ML practitioners to tackle intricate challenges and devise innovative solutions
- Continuously assess and integrate the latest tools and frameworks to enhance our systems
- Document processes and best practices to disseminate knowledge within the AI/ML community
