Integration Test & Evaluation Engineer

- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field - At least 5 years of professional experience in Systems/Subsystems Integration and Test or Production Testing - Proven expertise in technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification - Solid understanding of basic electrical, software, and mechanical engineering principles with the capability to instruct others - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in providing briefings to customer teams and management - Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance - Experience with missile systems, particularly launch systems and targeting/fire control elements is preferred - Familiarity with electrical integration, such as power transfer testing - Strong coordination skills to work effectively with various disciplines for fabrication, integration, and testing - Proficient in troubleshooting and working collaboratively to enhance program efficiency - Experience in producing effective customer presentations showcasing performance, schedule, and corrective actions - Awareness of test equipment management, including function, calibration, and security - Proven ability to record and catalog test data properly - Background in writing test procedures and integrating/testing hardware in specialized facilities
