Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- DoD 8570 IAM Level-III Certification or equivalent (CISM, CISSP or similar).
- Previous experience as an ISSM or ISSO.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) proficiency with Risk Management Framework (RMF) applied across diverse programs.
- Strong project leadership skills from both cyber technology and business perspectives.
- Experience with technical security requirements in various domains (Operating Systems, Networks, High Performance Computing, etc.).
- Familiarity with Special Access Programs and the Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
Responsibilities
- Offer hands-on technical support for intricate systems and networks.
- Lead strategic planning for present and future network setups and cyber technology initiatives.
- Engage in planning and executing security domains, including innovative service areas like Cloud Computing and DevSecOps.
- Analyze and implement Information Assurance (IA) requirements per the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG).
- Create system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring.
- Conduct system auditing, perform vulnerability risk assessments, and manage software and hardware configurations.
- Provide cybersecurity training and guidance for all system users on risk mitigation tactics.
- Mentor junior technical security staff as needed.
