Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain Security+ Certification within 6 months
- Interim Secret clearance required prior to start, with willingness to obtain Secret
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (e.g., Windows 10/11, 2019, 2022)
- Familiarity with backup software
- Experience with operating systems life cycle management and configuration management (e.g., installations/upgrades, system imaging, account management, print services, domain services, hardware modernization, performance monitoring)
- Background in supporting daily incident response (e.g., Helpdesk)
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (e.g., system hardening, log management, antivirus management, security certificate installs and renewals)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for Lockheed Martin managed areas
- Manage and ensure compliance of Lockheed Martin IT systems
- Conduct upgrades, operations, and maintenance of IT equipment
- Install hardware and software
- Handle domain account management, password issues, and service requests
- Assist users in resolving technical issues related to applications and connectivity
- Perform environmental vulnerability scans and assist with remediation efforts
- Ensure proper management and control of Lockheed Martin assets and software
