Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology operations
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Proven expertise in virtualization, VMWare/VSphere, Windows Server 2012, and Windows 10 Operating systems
- Experience in event log management, basic networking, Active Directory administration, and personal computer applications
- Knowledge in data security management, SAN hardware, and thin client administration
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel (generally under 25%)
- Availability to work multiple shifts, including some weekends for critical maintenance and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule installations and modifications of training systems following established guidelines
- Support and coordinate the verification and validation of system modifications
- Collect and submit metrics for review and document system anomalies
- Collaborate with various organizations to enhance operational performance
- Assist database administrators in managing training record operations
- Interface with customers and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure resource access
- Ensure compliance with approved procedures and support audit activities
