Requirements
Must:
- Active DoD TOP Secret clearance (or higher)
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in Windows system administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)
- Strong skills in computer networking, preferably Juniper
- Experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, and/or Ansible)
- Familiarity with DISA STIGs and security hardening of operating systems and applications
- Basic Linux system administration skills
- Competent in network storage solutions, particularly NetApp or Truenas
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Operate in a Kanban environment to provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various IT systems, including networking equipment
- Manage IT systems including daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting for all client/server/storage/network devices
- Collaborate with security personnel to patch, enhance, and design Windows and Linux (Red Hat) systems to safeguard against evolving cyber threats
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations through proactive monitoring and problem resolution
