Human Factors Engineer, Usability Specialist

- Experienced Human Factors Engineering practitioner, skilled in designing and conducting usability tests and task analyses - Proficient in applying Human Factors specifications and requirements - Must be eligible and willing to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical), Human Factors Psychology, or related field is preferred - Strong problem-solving skills along with knowledge of human modeling tools and techniques - Previous experience collaborating with Government clients - Demonstrated systems thinking skills with the capability to analyze and implement effective solutions for challenges - Experience in missile or space segment design, focusing on subsystems outside of Systems Engineering - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills for building connections with peers - Active or Current Secret or higher security clearance
