Requirements
Must:
- Ability to obtain Interim Secret security clearance to start
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software design and development
- Proficiency with full-stack tools
- Experience in developing product roadmaps
- Background in leading software engineering teams
- Experience in managing software integration and verification
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full-stack application development and oversee the software lifecycle including requirements, design, coding, testing, integration, and verification
- Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse engineering team, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
- Organize, coordinate, and implement software development activities while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and processes
- Spearhead recruitment, selection, and training initiatives; manage performance evaluations, salary planning, and skill development
- Collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled, maintain engineering standards, and serve as the technical authority for the program
