Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree.
- Proven experience in hardware design, especially in deriving requirements and supporting product integration.
- Experience collaborating across various engineering disciplines and engaging with cross-functional development teams.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Experience with advanced processing systems incorporating hardware, software, and firmware.
- Familiarity with DOD customers.
- Knowledge of DO-254 and/or DO-178 design certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in classified environments.
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with DOORS and NextGen DOORS.
Responsibilities
- Participate in product development efforts, focusing on requirements definition and integration for products comprising hardware, software, and firmware.
- Support adherence to organizational processes, including the implementation of Systems Engineering and Hardware Development Processes.
- Ensure the technical accuracy and completeness of deliverables, meeting cost and schedule expectations.
- Utilize Digital Transformation tools to improve development workflows.
