Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, specifically with aircraft fuel systems
- Strong understanding of fluid and mechanical systems
- Proven experience with technical documentation and specifications
- Proficiency in analysis tools such as Amesim, MATLAB, or CATIA
- Experience in troubleshooting complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies
- Strong collaborative and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutions to ensure the reliability and maintainability of the F-35 fuel system
- Support the development, testing, and production of fuel components
- Coordinate with suppliers and provide technical oversight, including creating specifications and statements of work
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for aircraft and system issues, delivering actionable resolutions
- Facilitate quote and bid kickoff activities, providing valuable technical insights and estimates
