Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience or eagerness to learn about system integration and testing operations.
- Familiarity with drafting and executing test plans, procedures, and documentation for system integration.
- U.S. citizenship is required for obtaining government security clearance.
- Capability to secure and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Ability to work in a facility that necessitates special access.
Responsibilities
- Conduct system integration tests and confirm readiness.
- Create and sustain comprehensible test plans, procedures, and documentation.
- Oversee daily integration test activities in collaboration with engineering, safety, quality, and partners.
- Diagnose and perform root-cause analyses during testing phases.
- Analyze test findings and generate system-level evaluation reports.
- Perform regression testing to validate fixes.
- Maintain safety, quality, and ongoing improvement standards throughout the process.
