Requirements
Must:
- BS Degree in Engineering or STEM field and at least 7-8 years of professional experience OR a minimum of 7 years of Military experience in lieu of a degree.
- Willingness to work non-standard work hours as required by the program.
- Availability for domestic and/or international travel as needed for the role.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the SECRET level (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Familiarity with applying Gen/Agentic AI tools and techniques in Integration & Test activities to enhance the development and maintenance of test artifacts.
- Knowledge of designing, continuously integrating, and validating software and hardware system components.
- Understanding technical processes involved in testing complex software systems.
- Practical experience with system-level integration of software in cloud-based environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and testing strategy for EMBERPOINT capabilities, ensuring alignment with program goals and mission objectives.
- Implement modern integration and testing methods using cloud computing, containerization, and microservices architectures.
- Supervise system-level integration across software, cloud, and on-premise hardware to validate requirements across various configurations.
- Plan and conduct test events, including the organization of weekly test schedules across both virtual and physical environments with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical direction for test procedures, execution, and reporting to verify compliance and system performance.
- Support prominent demonstrations and checkpoint events, coordinating Lockheed Martin and partner solutions for client-facing validation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to formulate and execute integration and test plans while assessing resource, staffing, and capability requirements.
