Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related STEM field with at least 2 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years of Military related experience in lieu of a degree
- Flexibility to work unconventional shifts as needed by the supported program
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required
- Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the SECRET level (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Familiarity with Navy ship environments, including their structure and communication processes
- Knowledge of the Aegis Combat System
- Proficient with Unix and/or Linux operating systems
- Understanding of design principles and continuous integration of software and hardware systems
- Experience with government contracts and testing complex software systems
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to design and integrate User Interfaces for military customers
- Participate in testing and demonstrating complex systems for key clients such as the US Navy and Coast Guard
- Engage in various domains of design, integration, and testing processes
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration among team members
- Work on troubleshooting and enhancing system performance based on testing feedback
