Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Linux, scripting/software development, and configuration management
- Proficient in Python, Perl, Korn, Bourne/Bash, Ansible, and other shell scripting languages
- Familiarity with version control systems such as CVS, SVN, Git, GitLab, and GitLab CI
- Experienced in developing and managing automation processes for DevOps deployment
- Security+ Certification is required
- Must possess TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance to commence work
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain configurations for Red Hat Enterprise Linux/SE Linux using Red Hat Satellite and Ansible
- Collaborate with site administration to troubleshoot automation and deployment challenges
- Install software libraries needed for DC-MLS Enterprise deployments within RHEL/SE Linux environments
- Monitor and adapt the DC-MLS Enterprise in a dynamic and flexible setting
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to streamline and automate manual deployment steps
- Implement best practices in DevOps engineering to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Provide assistance to staff and end users for resolving DC-MLS Enterprise-related issues
- Enhance existing DC-MLS Enterprise DevOps to rectify errors or bolster deployment capabilities
- Develop and execute test strategies for filesystem upgrades, addressing arising issues with vendor support
- Identify opportunities for new business growth with additional customers
