Data Engineering Manager

- Define and implement an analytics strategy in alignment with Industrial Engineering and operational goals (capacity planning, productivity enhancement, cost efficiency, quality optimization). - Collaborate with leaders across Industrial Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to convert business challenges into analytical solutions. - Build, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers and analysts. - Establish performance metrics and career development plans while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. - Oversee the entire project lifecycle: from data acquisition, cleansing, modeling, and validation to visualization. - Deliver dashboards, KPI reports, predictive models, and optimization tools in a timely manner. - Advocate for data governance, security, and compliance best practices. - Standardize data pipelines, documentation processes, and version control methods. - Assess emerging analytics technologies (ML/AI, advanced simulation) to determine their applicability for manufacturing. - Promote a culture of rapid experimentation, continuous learning, and prototyping.
