Requirements
Must:
- General understanding of the MIC2 technology portfolio and its various product lines, including system architectures and functional boundaries
- Strong eagerness to comprehend the complete MIC2 portfolio within the context of the broader RMS business and Lockheed Martins enterprise goals
- Established expertise in data analysis and management
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain successful partnerships across organizations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to clearly convey objectives and outcomes at diverse business levels
- Must possess a final Secret clearance or higher, with the capability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Experience leading the establishment of data architectures
- Familiarity with working alongside Corporate E&T, RMS eTech, and 1LMx data systems
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex priorities
Responsibilities
- Develop technical data strategies for MIC2 to endorse a unified framework
- Support MIC2s engineering and technology initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives and growth targets
- Collaborate with MIC2 Market Segments, Business Development, and Advanced Concepts to promote cohesive data management and analysis
- Partner with other RMS LOBs, eTech, and Corporate E&T to ensure a unified approach to technical solutions
