Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant areas
- Proficiency with computer operating systems and programming languages
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings across various domains such as requirements gathering, secure system architecture, secure product development, integration, and testing
- Excellent administrative, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
- Experience with C++, embedded system design, and Linux is a plus
- Familiarity with reverse engineering
- Knowledge of FPGA technologies, digital circuit design, processor architecture, and secure hardware design is desirable
- Understanding of systems security practices including Cybersecurity and Anti-Tamper design
Responsibilities
- Design and implement hardware anti-tamper architectures for mission-critical systems
- Validate system specifications and capabilities through thorough analysis and testing
- Evaluate component and system-level reverse engineering threats and devise effective countermeasures
- Perform vulnerability assessments and propose design enhancements for improved security
- Lead technical discussions and present findings to internal teams and external clients
- Work in partnership with microprocessor design teams to integrate security measures early in development
- Compile clear and concise documentation on design choices, testing results, and security evaluations
