Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant technical experience, including:
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity or information tasks (vulnerability assessments and scans).
* Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating systems.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a cross-disciplinary project while managing cost and schedule.
- Strong aptitude for managing multiple competing priorities.
- Proficient in communicating in various settings, including as a team leader and during program management reviews or customer evaluations.
- Proven knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Experience in creating and evaluating cybersecurity documentation necessary for obtaining an Authorization To Operate (ATO).
- Knowledge of Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG).
- Experience with the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Possession of Security+ Certification.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the cybersecurity engineering team for the Trident program, focusing on the development of innovative solutions that deliver resilient products and services amidst evolving cyber threats.
- Ensure our systems are capable of functioning effectively in cyber-contested environments by addressing vulnerabilities in hardware, software, and supply chains.
- Oversee strong resiliency-oriented engineering efforts aimed at safeguarding the Trident systems against increasingly complex cyber threats.
