Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience combined with education
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or no prior experience required with a related Masters degree
- Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) systems development life-cycle (SDLC)
- Experience implementing System Security requirements for DoD systems in compliance with U.S. government regulations
- Proven track record in supporting validation and verification of security requirements on DoD systems
- Possession of an approved DoD 8140 baseline certification for IAT/IAM Level II (such as CISSP, CAP) or the capacity to obtain certification within six months of employment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and address System Security threats and risks throughout the development life cycle of embedded Weapon Systems
- Validate decomposition, allocation, and analysis of System Security Engineering requirements for embedded Weapon Systems
- Implement security engineering solutions in both hardware and software
- Verify adherence to system security requirements during implementation
- Design, deploy, and maintain advanced System Security architectures and countermeasures for Lockheed Martin products
- Analyze vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and threats against the security posture of product designs
- Prototype and evaluate security countermeasures aimed at defending against cyber-attacks on Lockheed Martin Weapon System products
