Requirements
Must:
- Comprehensive understanding of security standards and frameworks, rules and regulations, and system trust principles, such as FedRAMP, FIPS, NIST SP 800 Series, JSIG, OWASP, and CSA Star.
- Experience in managing cybersecurity requirements and/or teams operating in collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and/or Specialized Compartmentalized Information (SCI) environments for major business portfolios.
- Proven track record in effectively interfacing with internal and external stakeholders (DCSA, AO/DAO, GCAs, IT, Program Managers, Cyber Engineering, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in leading the authorization and approval processes for classified information systems.
- Strong managerial skills over personnel, technical requirements, and financial resources.
- Possession of an active DoD Top Secret security clearance, based on a National Agency Check with a Local Agency Check (NAC/LC) performed within the last five years and eligibility for Special Access Programs.
- Capability to navigate routine government security investigations and meet criteria for classified information access throughout employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic direction for a geographically dispersed team of cyber security professionals focused on the Risk Management Framework and Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG).
- Manage processes essential for developing, implementing, and maintaining various classified computer environments to support multiple program requirements across a large, dynamic organization.
- Collaborate with the Program Management leadership team to integrate the Classified Cyber Security Program function and achieve strategic cyber security objectives.
- Mentor Cyber Security Managers in executing tactical milestones to ensure the success of both portfolio programs and the Cyber Security organization.
- Exhibit strong executive presence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, leading with influence.
- Participate in strategy and execution of current and future security domains, including emerging service areas like Cloud Computing and DevSecOps.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government Authorizing Officials (AO) in their designated area of responsibility.
