Requirements

Must:
- DOD 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification - Experience with Authorization and Accreditation processes utilizing Risk Management Framework methodologies - Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements, policies, and protocols - Proven experience conducting cybersecurity accreditation activities for software and system requirements, design, development, testing, and approvals - Knowledge of NetBrain, Zenoss, and Hewlett Packard Network Automation (HPNA) - Understanding of eMASS, HBSS, ACAS, SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), and DISA STIGs - Expertise in Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems - Experience with Intel Driven Threat Modeling, especially in classified Cyber Threat Intel Support - Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity principles to various audiences - Experience engaging high-level customer stakeholders regarding cybersecurity issues and remediation strategies - Familiarity with NIST 800-53 guidelines - Proficiency with RHEL and Windows Server/Professional - Experience with SIEM and cloud technologies, including LogRhythm, Splunk, Jira, and Confluence - Capacity to guide engineering and software development teams on DoD Cyber regulations and requirements - Experience in responding to cyber incidents from detection to remediation - Must be a proactive self-starter, accountable, and mission-driven

Responsibilities

- Lead the Cyber Teams efforts to plan, design, develop, validate, and verify Cyber solutions throughout the lifecycle - Conduct cyber risk assessments, including threat modeling and vulnerability analyses - Analyze design constraints and trade-offs related to Cyber security - Evaluate hardware and software designs to ensure they meet specifications and requirements - Apply cybersecurity processes, methods, and tools consistently - Implement Assessment and Authorization activities as necessary for clients - Coordinate with multiple teams within an Agile environment - Collaborate with Operations, Development, Deployment, and Systems Engineering teams to devise innovative solutions for complex technical challenges - Work cross-functionally with government personnel, partners, subcontractors, and remote team members - Develop and execute POA&M Workoff Plans - Conduct security audits, compliance reviews, and remediation strategies - Define and execute Demonstration Test Plans (DTP) - Investigate system change requests and software builds - Review and assess security risks for new and upgraded COTS/GOTS software - Carry out daily system audits and log reviews - Define and approve IATT/CONOPS - Provide security design and architecture guidance - Offer STIG hardening advice and support security testing as required
