Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related engineering field
- At least 7 years of pertinent development experience
- Proficiency in systems architecture tools, such as Cameo or Rhapsody
- Experience with requirements decomposition and tools like DOORS or DOORS Next Generation (DNG)
- Familiarity with systems analysis tools, including MATLAB or SystemVue (for RF analysis)
- Previous experience as a systems engineering lead or architect
- Current or ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
- Willingness to support up to 10% travel
Responsibilities
- Join the Converged Sensors Systems Engineering team to develop advanced multi-function sensor capabilities
- Collaborate with various programs across lines of business and business areas to gather requirements, devise solutions, and implement capabilities
- Lead performance assessments and requirement breakdowns across RF, Digital, and Software/Firmware teams for transition opportunities
- Assist in new business initiatives by creating documentation and contributing to proposal sections during development phases
- Participate in the enterprise roadmap creation for multi-function sensors, including both hardware and software/firmware sub-roadmaps
