Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Background in a technical leadership role for AI and software development teams.
- Competence in programming languages pertinent to AI/ML (Python, C++, etc.).
- Experience in creating, refining, or implementing large language models (greater than 10 billion parameters).
- Expertise in prompt engineering for optimization and reliability.
- Bachelors degree in a STEM or related field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).
- Advanced research background in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or Image Processing.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining AI solutions in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive architectural advancements and produce high-performance perception code for edge-deployed systems.
- Apply sound software design principles to improve our existing C++/Python codebase.
- Engage collaboratively with hardware engineers, optics experts, system architects, and other stakeholders to convert algorithmic ideas into effective, deployable solutions.
- Develop production-level C++ code for essential functionalities, alongside Python scripts for testing and rapid prototyping.
- Comprehend the target hardware architecture and its limitations to optimize algorithms for peak efficiency.
- Contribute to and make use of our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, utilizing tools like GitLab CI, Google Test, and Docker.
