Requirements
Must:
- Background or field of study in Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical (EEE) parts
- Experience in establishing and implementing technical specifications and requirements
- Familiarity with reviewing engineering designs and providing guidance to teams
- Experience in non-conformance and failure analysis
- Knowledge of passive EEE parts and semiconductor physics, particularly in hybrids and integrated circuits
- Capability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Engage in Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical (EEE) Parts Engineering tasks related to hardware design and testing
- Contribute to the creation of program EEE Parts management plans
- Participate in the selection, qualification, testing, and failure analysis of EEE Parts
- Create technical documents and progress reports while evaluating supplier performance
- Collaborate with teams in Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement
