Requirements
Must:
- BS Degree in Engineering or a STEM field with at least 2 years of professional experience or a minimum of 4 years of military-related experience without a degree.
- Proficient in system and data analysis.
- Functional understanding of combat systems.
- Knowledge of the technical processes for testing complex software systems.
- Proficient in MATLAB or Python for analysis, modeling, simulation, and/or prototyping.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.
- Experience in Command and Control systems development, including algorithms, software, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, applied mathematics, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in the defense industry or a related field.
- Strong background in systems engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and test systems to evaluate their performance within the Command, Control, and Communications (C3) domain.
- Conduct data analysis to assess system functionality and effectiveness.
- Address complex challenges through innovative solutions and collaboration within the team.
- Manage radar and sensor systems, ensuring efficient tracking and management processes.
- Oversee the control of communication links and evaluate threats systematically.
- Execute command operations for weapon systems regarding target engagement or assignment.
