Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity with five (5) years of cumulative programming experience in object-oriented programming languages and web application technologies and integration
- Six (6) years of proven experience in application design, development, and deployment of classified intelligence community systems with similar scope or complexity, detailed in resumes with specific program names, duration, job titles, and type of work performed
- Proficiency in Agile requirements management and sprint planning for IT development teams
- Familiarity with SecDevOps tools such as CI/CD, code repositories, and testing suites
- Certification in AWS or an equivalent cloud technology
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of full-stack and software development for the compliant targeting request, nomination, and tasking management system
- Collaborate with enterprise partners to ensure the developed capabilities adhere to an enterprise framework and function optimally in an enterprise hosting environment
- Guide the team in application design, development, and deployment
- Coordinate Agile project management processes including sprint planning and requirements management
