Requirements

Must:
- Experience supporting Agile teams and managing dependencies within an enterprise setting using frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, DAD, or Nexus - Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Agile Central (Rally), or VersionOne as an Admin or Super User - Active TS/SCI Clearance - Familiarity with large-scale, intricate missile or space systems and knowledge of product designs and program procedures - Capability to lead cross-functional teams and unify multiple groups to achieve shared objectives - Experience in driving continuous improvement and standardized processes across varied stakeholder communities - Comfort in sharing knowledge and directing teams on scaling principles, frameworks, and methods through education and coaching - Excellent communication abilities along with insight into servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution - Industry-recognized Agile certification (Scaled Agile, Scrum.org, Scrum, Inc., or Scrum Alliance) - Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and tracking Earned Value in Agile contexts - Background in System Lifecycle processes including Engineering reviews - Experience with DoD Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Agile projects. - Skills in planning, estimating, and monitoring Agile throughputs and performance - Ability to develop business cases and evaluate relevant outcomes - Experience in collaborating and coaching senior leadership across organizations - Experience in space segment design and testing related to subsystems outside Systems Engineering - Comprehensive knowledge of Systems Engineering lifecycle processes and tools - Background in proposal preparation and negotiation.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product and Technical stakeholders of the Agile Release Train (ART) to streamline and enhance value delivery - Facilitate ART-level events and processes such as Value Stream Mapping, Roadmap development, Backlog management, and Program Increment (PI) Planning - Ensure the clarity of work definitions at the Epic and Feature levels, including comprehensive Descriptions, Acceptance Criteria, and Business Value statements - Monitor progress against customer delivery milestones and products - Act as the primary Agile coach for the ART, aligning practices with Agile/DevSecOps principles - Oversee the planning and implementation of Features during each PI, including managing dependencies, risks, and resource prioritization - Establish and monitor key ART-level metrics, including communicating these metrics to important team members and stakeholders - Foster collaboration among teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering - Collaborate with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and implementation - Enhance value flow through Value Streams by improving practices linked to DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery Pipeline - Conduct Regular System Demos confirming Acceptance Criteria adherence and serving to promote Features to stakeholders - Evaluate the ARTs Agility level and support improvements through training and skills pathway development aligned with Lockheed Martin opportunities.
